At the top of the Worksheet Compare dialog box there are two treeview lists labeled "Workbook/worksheet 1" and "Workbook/worksheet 2". In each treeview, click on the worksheet (or workbook) that you want to compare. Worksheet Compare will not run unless you select two worksheets or workbooks.
Note
If you select two workbooks, Worksheet Compare will compare all worksheets in those workbooks that have the same name. Worksheet Compare will ignore any worksheet name that appears in one workbook but not in the other.
