The output report shows the rows and columns that have been added or deleted. That is, it shows rows and columns that appear on one of the worksheets but not the other.
Each row and column that is listed on the report is hyperlinked. All hyperlinks are linked to the copies of worksheet 1 and worksheet 2 rather than to the original worksheets. If you click on a hyperlink then Excel will jump to the appropriate row(s) or column(s).
