After installing UltraSleuth, you should see the UltraSleuth toolbar as shown below when you run Excel.

If you cannot see the toolbar, right mouse click anywhere on Excel's main menu or toolbar to open the toolbars menu. Look for and left mouse click on UltraSleuth to activate the toolbar.
You should also ensure that the option to "show toolbar at start up" is enabled. This option is accessible from the Options menu item under the UltraSleuth menu in the main menu.
