When you installed UltraSleuth you should have been prompted* to add UltraSleuth to the list of files that Excel opens automatically. Assuming you clicked on the Yes button when prompted, UltraSleuth should open automatically when Excel starts. If this does not happen then you will need to add UltraSleuth to the auto open list yourself.

* There are two circumstances in which you may not be prompted as described above:
- the installer does not support your version of Excel (At present the installer recognizes Excel 97, 2000, XP and 2003.)
- the installer has checked Excel's auto open list and found that it already contains an add-in named UltraSleuth
