Excel won't open multiple copies of UltraSleuth

By design, Excel can only run one copy of UltraSleuth at a time.

If you open a second copy of UltraSleuth when one is already running, UltraSleuth will show a warning similar to the one below. The currently running copy of UltraSleuth will be unaffected by this and will continue to run. The second copy will be prevented from opening.
