To configure the search, decide whether you wish to do a simple search or a regular expression search. Ensure that the regular expression checkbox is enabled if you wish to do a regular expression search.
Type the text you are searching for into the edit box labeled "text to find".
Modify the search "Options", "Look in" options and "Scope" options, then click on the OK button to run your search.
