3. Some drag and drop features like cut, copy and paste have not been completely enabled in the Explorer Panel in dsSafeSend.
These features have not been implemented. You can still access these features through the context menu (right mouse click) in the Explorer Panel within dsSafeSend.
4. Extracting files to a folder containing duplicate files.
When extracting files to a directory or folder and files are being overwritten, dsSafeSend will prompt you for each file that is being overwritten. In this case we suggest that you click cancel and extract the files to a temporary directory. You may then copy the extracted files using Explorer and overwrite these globally.
5. dsSafeSend only encrypts bmp, txt and gif files.
This is because you are using the trial version of dsSafeSend which restricts encryption to only bmp, txt and gif files. Buy the registered version of dsSafeSend to be able to encrypt all types of files.
