With nearly seven million subscribers and hundreds of mouthwatering videos on his YouTube channel, Andrew Rea, of Binging with Babish fame, needs no introduction. Perhaps the Internet's most well-known and beloved foodie, Rea shares in our latest episode of Food Diaries all the things you can expect to find on his plate on a day-to-day basis.

From name-dropping his favorite New York City joints to breaking down classic Babish recipes, read on for a rundown of his daily eating habits.

For breakfast, Rea opts for a pretty standard meal: He places a fried egg over a slice of Ezekiel low-sodium bread. Of course, breakfast isn't breakfast without caffeine, so he gets his perk-me-up through either a plain old cuppa joe (via the pour-over method) or, occasionally, an espresso shot.

"Sometimes I'm a breakfast skipper," he admits. "I don't recommend that, kids. It's the most important meal of the day, so they say. So they tell me. But always question what people tell you." Good advice!

He also bashfully confesses his lunching habits: "Being a New Yorker, I'm typically ordering Seamless for lunch." He prefers ordering from casual but healthy restaurants like Dig Inn and Westville, opting for plates full of chicken, vegetables, and sweet potatoes.
