Frasqueri starts her day off at 6 a.m. with a piping hot cup of peppermint tea. She also makes her own morning smoothies with fresh ingredients, like strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, green apples, turmeric powder, and dragon fruit. "I just love fruit," she says. "It's the most purifying, nourishing thing that you could have. And I like to take care of my body, honey. I'm all about health and wealth."

Driving that point home, Frasqueri adds that she also takes ginger shots (with lemon, orange, turmeric, and cayenne pepper) in the morning. "I've been studying holistic medicine and holistic eating for a few years now," she says. "So I've got my routines, because I am a heavy smoker. I like to smoke a lot of weed, and I need my lungs and my respiratory system to be as healthy as it can be."

For breakfast, she opts for a Caribbean meal, making a vegan version of tres golpes with fresh mangú (a mash of boiled plantains) and red onions. "Oh, my God, that's so delicious," she says of the meal. "It's like a creamy starch."
